What is a credit?
A credit is the unit rung1 uses to meter the AI work behind a change: reading your site, planning, building in the sandbox and running the gates. One credit is ₹0.80, and a typical change uses 600 to 1,800 credits. rung1 reserves the credits before a run starts, so a change never costs more than you were shown.
Why is rung1 priced per company and not per user?
Because the change is made to your company's ERP, not to a user. Adding your accountant, store managers or CA should not raise your bill, so plans are matched to your turnover band instead.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Sandbox plan is free for 14 days, with 1 site, 3 users and 500 credits. Businesses selected for the design partner programme use rung1 free for the whole programme.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST. You receive a GST invoice, and you can pay by UPI or NACH mandate.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free, so 12 months cost the same as 10.
What does support include?
Sandbox and Nano include community support. Growth includes L1 support. Scale includes L2 support with a 24-hour response, and Enterprise includes L3 with a 4-hour response. L2 and L3 are also available as add-ons.
What happens if I run out of credits?
rung1 will not start a run you cannot pay for. You see a clear message and can top up at ₹499 per 1,000 credits, or move to a larger plan.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. rung1 runs open-source ERPNext, so your data stays in standard ERPNext format. When you leave, you receive a full database backup and your files, and you can run them on any ERPNext host.
